Cancellation Policy

2 Days notice is required for all cancellations.

Payment Methods

Cash, Venmo and Check are accepted in person. Payment with a small PayPal surcharge is available online. All programs are paid for during the first session.

Training Policies

Safety for the trainer, the owner and dog always comes first. If you have a dog that has bitten you’ll be required to have a muzzle.

Per our contract, you have a predetermined amount of time to complete your training. This is so what is learned on your part and your dog’s part stays focused over the amount of time we spend together.

All aspects of the training contract must be signed and agreed to.

You’ll have homework to do every week, your follow through and effort is where you’ll see the most transformative results.

Training is most effective when everyone in the household is on board.
